In this house, we like easy to fix meals. Something fast that we can throw together and be sitting at the dinner table in an hour.
That is exactly what this recipe is. And don’t think because it’s easy and fast that we are lacking flavor. This dish is full of flavor that will leave you wanting more!
The first thing I did was cook the spaghetti halfway. While that was cooking, I threw 2 cans of drained chicken into a skillet. Seasoned that with a little garlic and herbs mix and sprinkled it with Italian bread crumbs. I fried the chicken till golden and crispy.
I then drained the pasta. I took my baking dish and added a layer of spaghetti sauce to the bottom. Then, I added in the spaghetti. Poured almost the rest of the sauce ontop, saving just a few spoonfuls.
I then added the chicken on top of the spaghetti. Topped with the last bit of spaghetti sauce and mozzarella cheese.
The finishing touch to this dish is when it get thrown into the oven. I baked the dish on 375 for 15 minutes.
This dish came out so much better than I was expecting. I hope you enjoy it just as much as I did!
