Creamy Rigatoni

It’s pasta night!

If you’ve stuck around with me this long, you know we love pasta. This week has been a rough week mentally.

On such weeks, I find it nice to grab a cold drink and make some yummy pasta on Friday nights.

This week I found a new brand of rigatoni and spaghetti sauce.

First, I cooked the pasta. I like my pasta al dente, so when I mix the sauce in with everything I can cook it just a little longer.

Once the pasta was drained, I threw in a can of mushrooms. I then added in my sauce.

This smelled amazing. I mixed everything together with some garlic powder and onion powder. My secrete ingredient was about a half cup of sour cream!


This made the dish. Made it creamy and light and just so wonderful. And that was it. That’s the dish.

Creamy Rigatoni

Ingredients:

  • 1 Box of Rigatoni

  • 2 jars of spaghetti sauce

  • 1 jar of mushrooms


Directions

Boil your pasta. Drain and add back to the pot. Throw in a jar of mushrooms and add the sauce. Mix together and allow to come to a simmer. Then add the sour cream. That’s all there is too this!
