Is there anything better than a good cheesecake ? Well, probably not, but this cheesecake pudding comes very close!

We spent Fathers Day on the lake. Lots of swimming, grilling out, and kayaking. What better way to end the day with a creamy, fruit filled dessert ?

This is one of the easiest desserts I’ve made. After a long day at work and in between a family dinner; I was able to quickly throw this together for the next day.

I took my softened cream cheese and beat it on low till smooth. I then added in the cool whip and the pudding mixing till everything was happily coexisting together.

I sliced 5 medium sized bananas and 2lbs of strawberries, adding them into the pudding mixture. I folded everything together and that was it!

How easy was that ?! And so good, I didn’t get to bring any leftovers home after the lake. If you’re looking for a quick and yummy dessert for your next get together, give this one a try!

  • 1 small tub of cool whip

Beat softened cream cheese till smooth. Mix in pudding and cool whip. Slice strawberries and bananas. Fold fruit into pudding mixture. Enjoy !

***If you are wanting to make this a little easier/ faster, substitute cream cheese and pudding for 1 tub of Philadelphia No Bake Cheesecake Filling***
